The history of the building dates back to the 14th century and is one of the important monuments inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage List.
Together with the Hotel Krčínův Dům it is located in the historical center of Český Krumlov, only a few meters from the main square.

Hotel Krčínův Dům is located right in the heart of the town in one of the most important historic buildings with a sgraffito façade from the 14th century.
This building was also personally inhabited by the Regent of Rosenberg and the important Czech fishponds founder Jakub Krčín from Jelčany.
